Are Your Products Full Spectrum?
We optionally add complete marijuana terpenes (essential compounds in cannabis oil) and cannabinoids to our products to make them full spectrum. This helps us keep the products THC free while providing benefits of marijuana extract. Choose full spectrum while ordering CBD Tincture.
How Do You Keep The Prices Low?
We utilize legal loopholes to obtain premium quality cannabinoids and cannabidiol. Our product is Indica-Sativa hybrid strain growing organically in a secluded and pristine foothills of Himalaya which are two days walk away from nearest settlement. It can’t be reached by road or vehicles. We test the product at various stages of life-cycle to ensure highest quality in CBD only extract and full spectrum extracts. This helps us cut the production costs by 50-80% for different product concentrations.

Do You Have Discounts Or Black Friday Deals On Orders?
We provide doorstep delivery for retail CBD at wholesale prices. At this price point, we are unable to provide any discounts or deals at any time of the year. However, we offer one time 15% discount for our existing users who leave the review. Please see Others section below in FAQ.
Which Countries Do You Ship To?
We ship to most countries. Take note that certain European countries may have higher shipping rates. The shipping rate is automatically calculated when you enter delivery address.
How Long Does It Takes For Order To Reach?
- It takes 24 hours for your payment confirmation.
- Within 48 hours of placing the order, your product is prepared, packed, and shipped to you. (Excluding Sundays)
- Economy Airmail shipping (non-trackable), if available for your country, will take 2 to 4 weeks to reach.
- The Premium Express (tracking available) takes 5 to 10 days to reach the destination. For Pacific island nations, US minor outlying islands, it may take longer.
- 86% of customers opting for Premium express receive their package in 7 days.
What Are Your Shipping Methods?
Our Economy Airmail is available for Australia, Cambodia, HongKong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam. It has a flat rate of US$ 7 for first bottle and US$ 1 for every additional bottle.
Our Premium Express is available for all other countries. Shipping rate is calculated for first 2 bottles at the checkout based on destination and additional US$2 for each additional bottle. So it is a flat rate for first two bottles + additional US$2 for each bottle subsequently.
Do You Provide Free Shipping?
We provide free shipping worldwide for all orders above $150. You may mix and match different products to avail this offer. Choose Qualified Free Premium Express while checking out to process payment.
Returns And Refunds
If I Want A Refund, Are There Any Conditions?
We stand by our product 100%. We urge you to use our product for at least 2 weeks after finding the right dosage for yourself. If you still don’t start finding relief we will refund you for the product. No questions asked. However, we will not refund shipping charges. We may also send you a sample with higher potency for you at no extra cost (only shipping) if that works for you.
Do I Have To Return Your Product In Case Of Refund?
No. You won’t need to return it.
Who Can Leave The Reviews?
Only customers who have bought our products are allowed to leave reviews so that truest of personal experiences are reflected there. You may leave review only on product you have purchased.
How To Get The Discount Coupon By Leaving Honest Review?
